Throw-ins situations based on practice from last week:

Option 1: Wing shows up, receives the ball and plays #6 who chips the ball to #11

Option 2: 9 will interchange with 7 and get the ball behind the defenders

Option 3: lay off back to #2 who progress to 9 or back to 6

Marking in the defending box (30 mins)

The blue RB is passing the ball forward to start the play (after his pass, he will start defending the crossing player). The red wing beside him will sprint towards the ball and send a one touch cross into the penalty area. There is a situation with CBs and LWB as well as CDM comes to close the penalty spot area. The game continues if the blue team secures the ball. The blue team scores into the small nets.
