Passing Pattern
Goalkeeper throws the ball out to one side. Then we start a passing pattern with a movement into the middle from the wide player who first receives the ball. The wide player on the opposite side should then produce the Inside Double to break through the poles and then play a 1-2 with the middle player. When he receives the ball back he should then look to go and finish. A special focus will be on using the Toe Poke to finish.

Semi Oppossed Passing Pattern
Setup with futsals at both ends. Play on half a court. Two boxed areas out wide. Ball starts behind the goal and gets played into to both teams back man. From there they will both play into the same box so both wide players take possesion. They both are then required to use the Inside Double, to beat the opponent and get out the box. They then attack against the back defender. The Winger on the opposite side should attack the back post. Attacker can decide to shoot or pass. Goal will count as double if you score with a Toe Poke from the first player. Does not count if it is the person at the second post. Losing team does a forfeit.
Make sure all players move round once they have been. Each time you go you pass the ball to the opposite wide zone.

Small Sided Game
Game to end the session with. Goals are worth double if you score with a toe poke or use the Inside Double to beat a player during the phase.

Part 1
Ball Mastery
Every player starts with a ball. They must move around the area with good control. They should look to use the Inside Double as much as possible and more specifically when they drive towards another player. Focus should be on the first touch bringing the ball across the body and the second touch breaking the line past an opposing player.
Progression:
Remove half the footballs. This time players dribble the ball until they see someone they can pass to. When they pass the ball they can use any technique they wish to be effective but will be looking out for players that demonstrate the Toe Poke technique.
