Game Setup:

  • Field: One field, with a group of 6-8 players.
  • Goalies: Each team has 1 goalkeeper (GK).
  • Balls: All soccer balls are placed behind the goals.

Rules:

  • Kick-off: The goalkeeper rolls the ball to a teammate to start the attack.
  • Defending: As soon as the ball is passed, the defending team can engage and start defending.
  • Play Continues: The game continues until:
    • The ball goes out of bounds, or
    • A goal is scored.
  • Make It, Take It: After a goal is scored, the team that scored gets possession and resumes play from behind the goal.

Attacking Points:

  • Strategize to Beat the Opponent: Develop a plan to break down the defense.
  • Control and Touches: Focus on good, controlled touches to maintain possession.
  • Skill vs. Shooting: Assess the situation use skill to beat the defender or shoot immediately when the opportunity arises.

Defending Points:

  • Apply Quick Pressure: Close down the ball carrier quickly to limit their options.
  • Stay on Your Feet: Move your feet and avoid diving in for tackles; stay balanced and in control.
  • Force Toward the Touchline: Direct the attacker toward the sideline to limit their options and narrow the attacking space.
