Shooting (20 mins)
Organization:
Blue player starts by dribbling at speed and taking a shot on oranges goal. Once blue has shot orange player then dribbles out, blue must then defend against orange until orange shoots and becomes defender against the next blue shooter. This continues, teams keep track of goals and play 4 minute rounds.

Crossing and Finishing (25 mins)
Crossing and finishing
Player A starts with ball and as player b checks and shows plays into players feet. Player b lays if off to player A and player sends ball out wide to player C. Player C dribbles down and then crosses ball into player B either on ground or in air, Player B finishes ball into goal. Switch sides each turn and player A becomes player B.
Coaching points:
Checking and showing to ball, check shoulder
Pass in, lay off back,
Pass into wide area in front of player on run
Player in wide area takes a touch forward and dribbles at speed
Player B rounds run to make change of speed towards cross
Part of foot/Part of ball. be able to pick out player on run
Body behind ball, attacking mentality
Finishing with purpose
