Organization:
- 30x30
- 2 teams
- all bals with coach
Instructions:
- coach plays the ball into the middle to start the game.
- 1 player from each team will run around the goal and try and dribble and score.
- 30-45 sec each round.
Coaching Points:
- Use inside or outside to switch directions.
- Step on the ball to gain control of it.
Progressions/Regressions:
- 2v2s

Organization:
- 3 lines, one by the big goal, the other two by the small goals.
Instructions:
- Defender will automatically run on the field when coach plays the ball to an attacker.
- Defenders can score in two small nets.
- Attackers will score in the big net with the goalie.
Coaching Points:
- Can you dribble forward and score. if not, find your teammate.
- Teammate without the ball keeping space to have a clear shot.
Progressions/Regressions:
- P. 3v2 (Keeping 2 defenders for every round and switching)

- Split the team into 4 teams if you have 10-12 players (teams of 3 or 1/2 teams with 2 players). any number less than 10, split team in half
Instructions:
- 3, 5min games every team will play each other once. or 2, 7 min games.
- Kick ins or dribble in, from where the ball goes out.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Can we dribble or pass forward?
- Man marking, and keeping position.
