Station rotation: 30 min.
Do 4 Repetitions of Activities 1,2,3,4 each rep 30 sec, rest for 30 sec,
1 min rest between rep and rep.
Afetr you have done the 4 repetitions move to the next station and repeat the 4 repetitions.
Between rotation and rotation 2 min rest.
Exercise 1
Set up: 3 cones 7 mts apart in a traingle shape ( See graphic)
Explanation: 2 players, each one in a different cone, Player A have to chase and tag player B, Players are only allowed to run around the cones, once player tag team mate, and go again, (how many points can you do in each round) once time is over swap so chaser now became chased.
Every time the chaser catch his/her team mate, chaser gets a point.
Progression: Bring a ball for both players, they have to chase but they must have the ball undercontrol for the point to count.
Do activity players running clock wise direction and Anticlock wise.
Exercise 2:
Set up 3 cones 7 mt apart, see graphic
Explanation: 2 players. server starts with the ball, receiver starts in one of the other cones, server passes for receiver to return, once receiver return he move with sideways run to the other cone, once he has gone pass the cone server passess the ball again for receiver to return and execute the activity again.- Counts how many (accurate passess) you do in each round and try to beat yopur opponent and improve your mark.
Progression:Players use the foot on the side where the cone is ie. right cone, right foot - Left cone, left foot.
Exercise 3:
Set up 3 cones 8 mts apart
Explanation: 2 players, server starts with the ball and passess to receiver, once receiver passess back he/she moves side ways quickaround the cone and return to the center to receive another pass from server, receiver execute the same activity alternating right and left side.- Counts how many (accurate passess) you do in each round and try to beat yopur opponent and improve your mark.
Progression: can he play one touch.
server plays bouncing ball, mid high ball for a volley return with inside foot.
Exercise 4:
Set up: rectangular of 12 mt x 9
Explanation: 3 players ( 2 target players, one at each end, and one central player, Central player have to receive the ball and pass it from side to side.
Central player must change spot/position every time he passess the ball..- Counts how many (accurate passess from side to side) you do in each round and try to beat yopur opponent and improve your mark.
Progressions: Central player,
Can you always be in a position wher you can see the ball and the player you want to pass to (open body shape)
can you receive with your back foot and pass with your other foot.

Set up (20 min)
3 areas of 18 x 9 mts
4 min Games, After each game rotates players to a different pitch.
Every win give them 3 points, draw 1 pt.
Play 5 rotations/games
Pitch 1;
2 players play a 1v1, they scored by dribbling into end zone/across end line.
Pitch 2:
3 Players play a 1v1 plus an extra player who will be the Playmaker, so this player will be aleays attacking and playing for the team in posses
Pitch 3:
4 Players play a 2v2.

9 players= 4v4 plus 1
Explanation:
Players play a game where each player have to choose a player from the other team to do a personal mark, so this mean that this player will only be allowed to atckled the players he/she has chose from the beginning.
other way to do it is by numbering players from both teams from 1 to 4 , and then ask them to mark their opposite number.
If your player scores, you need to do a forfeit. (players decide on this)PLAYMAKER has only on touch.

move on to a normal game with a playmaker.

aim to have 7 players with ball, the other 2 can be pasive defenders.
Explanation:
Players are practicing the weekly move/s wich they will perform in the middle or when they find another player or when one of the 2 defenders put some pressure on them.
Progressions:
Can you perform the move at tempo.
Can you dribble at speed keeping the ball close to you at all times so if you have to doge or change direction because a defender or another plyer is on your way you can do.
