Warm Up (10 mins)
1) Players Dribble around area
- turns / skills / change of speed
- can include dynamic stretching with and with out the ball
p) players number themselves 1-4 ( can include more players)
- Coach calls number and those the two players called burst into opposition box and shoot
p) can bring in goalkeepers
p) call multiple numbers and those not called can become defenders.

Drill (15 mins)
- Gk plays ball to attacker
- Attacker drives through wide cones
- Shoots and gos to the back of the opposite line
p) Can add a points system for players to compete angainst each other (include goalkeepers in points)
- Less touches = more points
*Dont forget to switch sides to attack from left and right sides
- Skill / Turn through cones = points

Drill Progression (20 mins)
- Progress to add defenders, creating a 1v1
- Shooter must become defender ( recovery run)
- Start where defenders can't go into own teams box
p- once beaten, defender can work back to apply pressure on attacker

SSG (15 mins)
Conditions
- Can only score in opposition half
- 5 passes secure the ball (players can shoot from anywhere) (increase # of passes fro skill level)
- beat player 1v1 = double goal
Increase size of pitch if more players on field, or make three teams (bounce team on outside)
