3 line up back and through.....24 yards long by 36 yards wide.
Player 1 plays with any of the 4 yellows in middle (player 2) who then plays back to a different red on same side. who then plays through to a white/blue on opposite side. In this diagram player 2 and 3 would switch. Once the ball makes it to 4 then the pattern starts again.
PROGRESS TO 2 Balls
Watch for balance in attacking cannot play the same player who played you. Roation is only between the middle person and who THEY pass to That is it. Players must stay in their respective areas and if you have manicans that helps get a feel for how to open shielding the defender.

Box in middle is 10 yards long by 18 yards wide. Each cone out side is 15 yards past. 2 balls can be going at once. One starting on each end. Same pattern. DO 5-7 minutes then go to the left.
Player 1, plays 2, who plays 3 then back to 1 who plays a though ball to 2 and then to 4. Starts over.
Rotation is: 3 to 1, 1 to 2, 2 to opposite end of line.
PROGRESS: Add a defender and it is now 3v1. 1 Ball at a time once the defender is added.
DEGRESS: If this is too difficult have player 1 go to opposite side (player 2 station). Then only one ball can be used.

Oblong Diamond Movements (20 mins)
3 Phases. switch with only near cone always (Blue with blue, red with red)
1) Short to near cone then long to far cone. Then the reds do the same pattern. (Note: once blue plays long he switches with the other blue). Go for 3 minutes, then dynamic stretching for 2 minutes after.
2) Short, medium, long. Same on the other side. Blue still only switches with Blue and red with red. Go for 3 minutes, then dynamic stretching for 2 minutes.
3) Short, Medium, overlap, long. Same on other side. Blue still only switches with Blue and red with red. Go for for 3 minutes, then 2 minutes for dynamic stretching. Then do a 2nd set of this phase for 60 seconds high intensity; afterwards 2 minutes open dynamic stretching.
