Problem: reds are staying really narrow and getting tight to the 9 so they can go past the defensive line.
Solve: 10 receives central and bounces back to the 8 who then plays first time into the 7 who is stretching the pitch wide. 7 either dribbles. inwards and breaks their line or plays quickly into the 9 who runs between the 2/4. meanwhile 10 is making a run into the box and 11 is on the back edge for anything that goes through.

10: 10 then can play 2 touch pass into the 9 who will find themselves between 2 lines to get onto the ball, this run should be last minute to prevent being marked. 9 can either turn and shoot if their space or take a touch inside (to shift players) and slip it down the line, to which 9 and 11 flood the box.

7: 7 receives the ball and 9 makes that run between full back and CB, should they let him, pass to 9. if they follow, 10 should've made the run into the space left behind by CB and Fullback. then 10 can either drive to the goal or get a shot off on the edge.

4-3-3 (with a 6) (red) vs 4-2-3-1 (Blue)
8s aren't allowed out their shaded area but can join in play as much as they want.
Focus is the blues, Reds score by getting the ball into big goal within 6 seconds of winning it back, 8s can try to block if they stay in their area. Blues 8s start with the ball.
