Technical Touch -30 seconds
At Speed, under pressure, under mark
1) 2 players -role top of foot, 3 yards, role into laces
2) 2 players - volley top of the foot
3)2 players- add the spin
4) 2players- play goes to ground between volley
5) 3 players 3 yds, 2 serices on the ground, back foot
6) 3 players -inside the foot volley, pass out of the air, not a soft touch
7) 2 players -lateral push pass ,lateral movement
8) 2 player -volley inside of the, lateral movement
9) 2 outside of the foot volley, lateral movement,
10) trap 1st touch, touch away from pressure, get out from under the feet
11) outside the foot into stride- play quickly
Moderate- Progressions:
12) 3 yds apart -one player serves a roles; other player serves a volley; switch- one other roles and other player serves volley
13) as above rolling ball and header ball( off the ground)

Organization:
Two goals and two goal keepers. In the middle of the area, each player has a ball in the designated area.
Activity:
Players are given a number. Each player dribbles in the designated grid and once a number is called dribbles out of grid and shoots on their goal. Even numbers shoot on one goal, odd numbers shoot on other goal.
Variations:
-Switch goals
-Work with both feet
-Once number is called, combine with coach before shooting

Session Objective:Shooting & Finishing.
Organisation:40 X 30 PITCH 2 GOALS 2 X TEAMS.
Each team run past half way line and the server opposite crosses the ball and they finish in as few touches as possible. Players from team A go to the back of team B. Same goes for team B.
Key Factors: Ball must be dead before next run starts,always finish spills react on rebounds. Play at game pace. Progress to having player behind chase them and put passie pressure on them.

FIFA 11 Warm-Up plus SAQ (30 mins)
Organization: (15 mins)
10x40 yard area (30 yards from first cone to last cone)
Instructions:
FIFA 11 Warm-Up
- Each exercise is ran 2x
- Jog back to the start line - use as recovery
- Try to have each pair be in sync/unison
- Next pair doesn't start until pair in front reaches first cones
1) Simple Jog down.
2) "Open the Gate": Drive knee straight up, then twist rotating out; Alternate legs.
3) "Close the Gate": Knee comes up but at a right angle to the body, then twist rotating inward; Alternate legs.
4) "Circle Partner": Pair runs to first cone, then still facing forward, side shuffle towards each other, going around one another in a tight circle, then shuffle back out to their side of the channel. Run forward to second cone and repeat.
5) "Jump with Shoulder contact": Pair runs to first cone, then still facing forward, side shuffle towards each other, and jump to bump shoulders, land softly and shuffle back out to their side of the channel. Run forward to the second cone and repeat.
6) Sprint to the second cone, decelerate to then backpedal to the first cone; sprint to the third cone, decelerate to then backpedal to the second cone, etc.
7) 75% pace sprint through the channel to opposite end.
8) "Bounding": Drive the knee up as you "jump/bound" across the channel; opposite arm should come up as your knee comes up; each "step" is a new bound (think long-jump strides).
9) "Plant & Cut": Pairs run across one another to the first cone and plant/cut to then go to cone two; zig-zag across one another through the length of the channel
SAQ (15 mins)
3 lines
1) poles- forward shuffle, backward shuffle, foward, backward, forward
2) ladder- 1 touch, 2 touch, ichy shuffle, left in both in right in, side ways shuffle sideways
3) hurdles- 2 legs, right leg, left left, shuffle between, high knees
