FCWB 3 groups of 4 Players / 8-10 minutes then Swap into and out of CS Activation/ L35 x W35 / MP
Right Side Group 1 - Tobi, Jack, Andre, Theo
Right Side Group 2 - Chinedu, Demi, Archie, Ife
Left Side Group 3 - Cory, Chapman, Alex, Bampoh
Practice Starts with RED FB INSIDE turning out with a chop safe side and passing to RED Winger. BLUE FB presses at speed semi opposed and shows outside. If the Blue FB presses with a direction to block the pass inside then the 10 can make an inside run, if the FB presses to block the forward pass then the winger can play a 1-2 off the CAM. Additionally the winger can dribble at the FB 1v1 - once in the box the defender can tackle. From here the objective is to deliver a cross/pass into the mini goals representing crossing priority areas.
If BLUE FB is able to block the pass and win the ball it becomes a 1v3 duel where the Blue must get into the shaded zone before they can pass into the mini goal or dribble through wide RED gate to score.
Rotate players every turn and swap after 5 minutes.

Passing Exercise / 9 players 4v4+1) / L30 X W16 / 27 minutes - players swapped in and out every 9 minutes/ integrate dynamics within session as warm up
Practice where team attacking always have an overload of 1 player. The 1/2 way line is the offside and defending line where the attacking team can only break this line off of 1 touch either a pass or their 1st touch to control the ball over the line. The defending team cannot drop until the ball travels past the line. Once over the 1/2 way line the attacking team look to score in the mini goal.
If the ball goes out kick ins and dribble ins are allowed. Common player can score. 1 touch goals are worth 2 goals.

Finishing Exercise 10 players + 1 GK / Swap 4 Players in and out every 10 minutes into CS session. 3 x 10 minutes/ W32 x 45L
Practice starts with coach passing to deepest RED midfielder. REDs attack in a 4v3 overload and objective is to score vs GK. If Blues win the ball they are on 3 touch maximum and encouraged to play to their highest players who are locked in a 2v1 overload vs 1 RED defender to score in the mini goals. Initially no RED can recover to help the defender in the underload. If the RED defender wins the ball it becomes an all in game until the ball goes dead.
Teams Swap after 4 minute block.

Unopposed passing patterns into opposed finishing practice. Variety of passing patterns to encourage FB underlap & overlap runs, CAM/10 runs, Winger out to in runs to provide crosses from cutback areas for a recovering defender to try and defend 1 vs 2 attackers. Specific focus on getting free in the box and execution of crossing and finishing. If defender wins the ball can they pass or clear into mini goals. Swap players within session.

L 55 x W 60 / 25 minutes : 2 x 12 minutes work/ 1 minutes rest - swap sides 1/2 way through
CS - Coach Low Block Team - GK 3 4 / MP - Coach Finish the Attack + Counter Press Team 2 1 2 3 / DH - Drive by coach individuals
Finish the Attack team 1 touch finishes in the box are worth 2 goals. Ball Far FB and 1 CM must be underneath ball to stop counter and provide ball circulation options. White Flat lines are a guide - FTA team reference to aid crossing decision or patient possession.
Low Block team can score by passing into mini goals for 2 goals or dribble wide gates for 1 goal.
