SET UP
1. "X" number of players ( Red & Blue ). "X" Distance. "X" Time.
2. Red in circle. Blue out of circle. 1 Ball Per 2 Players.
PROGRESSION 1
1. Blue starts with ball.
2. Red checks to blue player.
3. Blue passes ball to Red.
4. Red receives ball.
5. Red passes back to Blue.
6. Red checks to a different Blue and repeats steps.
PROGRESSION 2
1. Red starts with the ball.
2. Red passes ball to Blue.
3. Red calls for a wall pass, overlap, or different combination.
4. Blue plays to Red based on combination.
5. Red receives ball.
6. Red finds different Blue and repeats steps.

Competitive multi-directional possession game (4v4v4)
Start with Blues and Yellows against Greens. If Greens win possession of the ball the side that gave away possession then becomes the defending team. (coach needs to give clear commands as to which team is defending to avoid confusion)
Coach can limit touches depending on the needs of the players
Key factors
Communication - can players give good information to help passing players and receiving players
Awareness - can players scan early to identify space, defending players and supporting players
Movement - movement off the ball is a priority both to recieve and after passing it
Receiving - open body shape when receiving the ball (back foot)

The coach will start the scrimmages. Have your games play 3v3 or 4v4 no goalies. Field size should be approx. 20yd x 30yd. Set up as many fields as needed.

Set Up
Each Player has a ball each, two lines set up on two side of the grid. If more players than anticipated then add in 3rd line not an issue. Players look to travel to other side on square but only on coaches command. Coach has control of practice from centre of grid so has a close look on technique.
Instructions to be used to go one side to the other:
- Toe Taps with balling moving forwards
- Tick Tocks with ball moving forwards
- Single, Double, Triple Cuts
- Sole Rolls
If players focusing on ball then hold up number of fingers and players hout number back towards coach.
