Team B the defenders
Players at team A, on the whistle, will run with the ball as fast as they can, across the grid and between the 2 red cones. While team B will act as defenders, trying to stop them reaching their target
Players to alternate positions to experience all aspects of the skill
Progression:
Weaker foot to be used
Grid made bigger
Defenders moved closer to target
Regression:
Grid made smaller
Use stronger foot only
Defenders only to shadow, not tackle
