Passing & Receiving Pattern:
Set Up: 3 Players at Starting cones (2 x Balls), 2 Players on Manequins
1st Progression - Play into player who checks in front of mannequin, Touch forward to imbalance, then Cruyff Turn or Stopover out. Repeat on 2nd Mannequin. Bounce when recycling on outside.
2nd Progression -2 Touch Passing, Receive on Back Pedal keeping the ball the same side
3rd Progression - 2 Touch Passing, Central Player opens up on back foot, creating body position facing forward
4th Progression - 1 touch, set on every pass
