Cross Ball Intro (15 mins)
Organization
- Stay In Partners
- 1 Hurdle 3-5 yards behind gate
- Goalkeeper Starting 3-5 Yards behind Hurdle
Details
W/out Ball :
- 8 Jumps over hurdle : driving Knee
- 8 Jumps Turning Mid Air
W/Ball
- 1 Server: Underhand Service : Goalkeeper starts running and times their run to get a highball over hurdle
- Goalkeepers do 2-3 sets

Wide Crossing with Strike (20 mins)
Organization
- 2 wide Servers ( throws for younger groups )
- 2 top servers in between D and Corner of 18
- 3 Different colour cones so goalkeepers can identify zone of ball traveling too , They have to call colour as they go to collect cross
Details
- Wide Cross to Collect and bowl to opposite top server who plays across 18 to server for a touch and strike
- Repeat Same on other side

Collect/ Transition (20 mins)
Organization
- 2 wide servers ( throws for younger groups )
- 2 top outlets for transition
- 2-4 players at top of the 6 moving / to jump with goalkeeper ( non contact jumping )
Details
- Players at 6 doing different movements around goalkeeper
- Server comes in and goalkeeper collects cross while players around goalkeeper jump with them
- Goalkeeper looks to bowl/overhand throw to opposite outside server who receives to play to wide server

Wide Crossing Attacking Game (20 mins)
Organization
- Double 18 Box
- Goalkeeper in each goal
- 2 Attackers and 1 Defender in each zone with 1 server on each side
Details
- Goalkeeper starts with ball looking to play to outside server who Servers a cross into attackers
- ( Start With Throws and see if they can serve from ground in later rounds... *** consistent Service is important)
- Goalkeeper Collects Cross and plays out to server
- Attackers finish anything they can
- Try to Minimize Contact
