Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Regression: Red team can only play into feet and dribble over the line to create quick attack moment
Progression: Blue initiates pressure first and draws themselves out, earlier big ball as a result
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
"Can we reorganize quickly and take away any open spaces?"
"What body orientation should we take up to help ourselves deal with a ball to feet? Ball to space?"
What if the 8 joins in to overload? We tighten our lines by tucking in the fullback more, or a 6 tracks
Conditions:
Red starts with the ball and a +1 with the GK. They must break through the retention line about 30 yards from goal with a ball into space. Once there, they have 7 seconds to score while the opponent is unbalanced. Blue team must defend and counter to the opponent's goal within 7 seconds. High intensity.
Targets:
score on big goal = 1 point
