Title: Pass Master (6:45 - 7:00)
Aim: Put players in a competitive setting where taking a positive first touch away from a 'opponent' into space and connecting to a team mates feet is the action / behavior for success.
Organization / Activity: Players Play 2:00 minute rounds. Every time a player successful takes her touch around the cone / opponent (She can choose which direction she goes) & connects through the cones and to her team mates feet she will receive one point. After two minutes players move up or down depending on the final score of the game.
Plan for Failure / Coaching Point:
Players will fail to be ready to take their first touch away from the opponent - discuss body position, transferring your weight, moving with the ball.
Players will fail to keep ball on the ground as a result of poor technique & being off balance - Demo getting your arm up to hold off opponent & provide stability for yourself while striking through just below the middle of the ball with your heel down and toe up.

8:25 - 2/3 will fail in their service meaning we will not get a scoring opportunity - discuss the three types of crosses and where your hips and shoulders should face after the cross.
