3 Zones

7v7

The Objective is to build from the back moving the ball from zone to zone and eventually scoring.

The team with the ball is focused on their passing & decision-making.

2 Questions to be asked when in possession of the ball:

  • Are we in a position to progress the ball forward towards the goal?
  • Do we make the right decision to delay our progress and maintain possession of the ball due to a decrease in numbers?
