Objective
The objective of this session is to work on the players' decision making when it comes to passing the ball. As a player, should you make the pass because it can help keep possession in your build-up to the goal? Or do you pass the ball in order to maintain possession under pressure & restart your build-up

Passing Pattern 2
Awareness:
Open up the body to be aware of the field
Know where you will be passing the ball next
The Pass:
Ball is passed in front of player
To the front foot to not break forward movement
Reception:
First touch in direction of our next pass
Open the body
Receive the ball on the front foot
Movement:
Follow your pass
Move off of the stick and/or cone to receive the ball (away from the defender)
Progression:
Each pattern is done in one direction (Right foot) and then Opposite (Left foot)
Use both 1-touch and 2-touch

Objective
The objective is for the Purple team to keep possession and Progress the ball from 1 zone through the middle zone to zone 3. If the defender intercepts the ball and gains possession, then we rotate players.
3 passes min before you can move it to the middle
The middle players can only use 2-touch
If crossed from zone 1 to zone 2 = 1 point

Objective
The objective is for the Purple team to keep possession and move the ball from 1 zone through the middle zone to zone 3. If the team cannot progress the ball due to the defense, they need to be able to make the right decision to keep the ball and regroup their progression. If the defender intercepts the ball and gains possession, then we rotate players.

Cannot move it from Zone 1 to Zone 3 without using zone 2
Zone 2 players can only 2-touch the ball
If crossed from zone 1 to zone 3 = 1 point
