Instructions
- 3 teams of 4. One team starts off in the defensive area, that team is not allowed outside that area and

Counter Attack Passing 3 (20 minutes)
Set Up
- Half pitch, 3 teams
Intructions
- One team on the start area. Defensive team in the middle area. Only one player at a time may come out to the starting area and press. Encourage this to constantly change depending on where on the field the ball is. The finishing team (in black) must stay inside the defensive zone (in red stripes) until a killer pass is played. If they go too early then they are offside and the teams swap around.
- Encourage the finishing team to play off the defenders' shoulders. Only one defender can then leave the area to stop them from scoring
