Setup:
40x50 grid
2 teams plus 3 neutrals. Wide neutrals are attacking full-backs.
Activity:
Only the full-backs are allowed in the channels.
Teams can score by receiving the ball inside their opponent's end-zone. However, the run has to be timed to that the ball has been passed before the receiver crosses the offside line.
Progression:
Allow 1 defender to enter the channel and oppose the full-back.
Allow full-backs to drive inside when they see the opportunity.

In each half, play with 4 defenders and 2 attackers, plus an attacking full-back in the channel. If a team has possession of the ball in their opponent's half then another player can make a forward run to join in the attack (creating a 4v4 plus the FB).
Lines on end are offsides lines so ball must be in before player.
