3 ZONES ( 2X1 at 18 x 44 ) (3x3 at 12x44) and (2 x 1 at 18x44)

GK's at each end

Directional game, if the ball is recovered must play back to GK before going forward.

Players must remain at their zones.

PROGRESSION 1

Now the #6 can leave and join the next zone to creat a 2 x 2

PROGRESSION 2

Now 1 player from each zone can leave to creat a 4x3 or 4x2 in the middle, and a 2 x 2 at the end zone.

Still to move the ball forward has to play the GK.
