Objective
To develop 2 touch passing and sprinting to the slolom pole and coming back after you play the pass
Description
We divide an area of 10x10 with 4 players and 1 pole and 1 ball per grid
Coaching Points
-Open body shape
-Play back to line to see ball and defender
-Get a good first touch to set up your pass
-make an accurate pass with both feet
-move to the pole quickly and run backwards back after the pass
