Set up: 2 Cones keeper shuffles through. Coach plays one low shot to right, then tosses a medium height ball to the left then plays a ball out to the side for a low slide.
1. Low dive shot 2. Medium dive receive 3. Slide out to smother
Key coaching points: On toes, quick recovery, correct diving technique, hands first when smothering.
Adjustments: Switch sides of playing ball. Adjust shuffles of keeper.

Set up: Coach shoots ball, keeper saves then throws out to another keeper outside the penalty area to the side
Key coaching points: Correct technique, good ready position, on balls of feet, knees bent, front foot steps, quick recovery and distribution.
Adjustments: Vary types of shots, low, high, side to side etc.

Set up: Keeper stands with back to shooter. Coach Says "Go" keeper quickly turns and saves shot. Turn around and repeat. Take 4-8 in a row then give a rest.
Key coaching points: On toes, quick turn, quick recovery.
Adjustments: Adjust number of shots in a row from 4-8 depending on fitness and ability of keeper.

Footwork and handling warm up (10 mins)
Set up: 3 or 4 cones in a row. Keeper shuffles through cones, gets set and catches ball struck in sets of low, mid height and high shots. Then switch to sets of alternating low dives to medium height dives.
Key coaching points: Quick feet, on balls of feet, get set quick for shot, hands up quickly, chest down to hold ball. Front foot steps forward for dives.
Adjustments: Adjust types of shuffles and height of shots. Shoot side to side to make keeper dive.
