Instructions:
A and B combine to get ball to C. C drives the ball back and process repeats. Defender is passive and is not trying to win the ball, but just paint the picture of when the attacker's would utilize the double pass.
Rotation - A - Defender - B - C
Coaching Points:

- Communicaton (feet and set)
- Quality of pass
- Quality of set (not a pass)
- Movement of C to find the passing lane
- Movement of A to join in
- Quality of long pass (first time if the set is good, take a touch to control if it is not)

Instructions:
Same set up as before. Defender is now live and looking to win the ball. B and A are limitd to 2 touch each time they have the ball. Once they get the ball to C, C and A are looking to work the ball back to A, again on a two touch limit. If defender wins the ball at any point they play 1v1 with the end player who's endline they are attacking.
Coaching Points:
- Quality of pass
- Passing options - Look to hit C first (option A) and B second (option B)
- Body shape to receive (open), play set with back foot
- Decision - Can I open up or do I set the ball back?
- Quality of set (not a pass)
- Movement of C to find the passing lane
- Movement of A to join in
- Quality of long pass (first time if the set is good, take a touch to control if it is not) driven with speed and with back foot.
- Speed of transition upon losing the ball/finding the first target
Progressions:
Keep score and play a promotion and relegation format across the three grids

Organization: set up in 30x40 area.
2x10yd zones in front of each goal.
4v4 in middle with 2 GKs.
1 ball.
Instructions: Every restart is from GK whose team is in possession.
GK must play to a teammate inside their zone in order to play out.
Receiving outfield player has 1 touch to either play back to GK or get out of the zone.
If ball is played back to GK, they cannot be defended once they have the ball. GK has 2 touch max to play on.

Groups of 3 ideally, but 4 OK (see red group)
Instructions:
Players 1 and 2 combine with double pass to find player 3.
Player 3 goes to whichever side of the square they are closest to and restarts sequence from there as player 1.
Rotaion = 1>2>3(>4)

- Quality of passes
- Player 3's movement to receive the ball closest to the side where they want to start the next sequence.
Progressions:
Group is trying to start the ball from every side of the square.
