OBJECTIVE: Using the brain to think for solutions, remembering the pattern
ORGANIZE: Same squares with same color cones.
INSTRUCTIONS: Players will remember the color pattern that the Coach shouts & they will dribble connecting the pattern from the start to finish.
Round #1: Yellow-Blue-Black-Blue-Green-Black-Yellow
Round#2: Black-Blue-Black-Yellow-Green-Yellow-Blue-Black
Round#3: Green-Yellow-Black-Yellow-Blue-Green-Black-Yellow-Blue-Green
COACHING POINTS: - Using the laces and pinky toe when dribbling

OBJECTIVE: Using the arms on a 90' angle & High knees thourgh the ladder.
ORGANIZE: Two ladder in 2 squares, keep the two colored cones in a square next to the ladder.
INSTRUCTIONS: Both players will begin opposite and across from each other with the ladder and ball on their feet. They will make a self-pass in front and run though the ladder, finishing the ladder player catches his ball and dribbles to cone performing a turn or chop to the next ladder position.
COACHING POINTS: - The weight of your pass before the ladder
- Perform the move before the cone
- High knees with arms moving back and forth
- On your toes at all times.

OBJECTIVE: Go through the cones using their weak foot & learn to cntrol the ball in tight spaces
ORGANIZE: 3 zig-zag cones in each square are positioned diagonally, Each red cone is numbered and lettered.
INSTRUCTIONS: The shaded area is the starting position, the player will dribble to #1, make a turn around and go for zig-zag into #2, sequence goes until both players have completed all numbers and letters. If the player is in #5 then he moves to letter A, zig zag and B
COACHING POINTS: - Using your body through the cones, going straight through the gaps.
- Short touches with laces or pinky toe
- Turning keeping body low, knees bent
- Eyes looking for #'s and letters/

OBJECTIVE: Approach the opponent with the intention to feint - Cover your ball
ORGANIZE: Same area, make 2 fields. 2 Goals for each field
INSTRUCTIONS: Game starts in Field #1, playing 1v1. When Coach shouts "Switch!" Players will play in Field #2 with the same ball or provided ball.
COACHING POINTS: - Attack opponent and look for space to dribble into
- Cover your ball, putting yourself between opponent and ball
- Use the skills Move from warm up

INSTRUCTIONS: The players perform the skill for each square, aiming to complete the 4 squares
After the Progression is the players juggle and when coach whistles they join any square and perform the skill move 4 times each & return to their juggle activity.
COACHING POINTS: - Keep distance between yourself and the ball
- What part of the feet are you using?
- How can you make the skill better?
- Exaggerate the move
