Method: Cool Down
Organisation:

Encourage players to be aware of their own bodies - any 'niggles' or tightness, and discuss how to 'stretch' or rest these.
Coaching Points:
Ensure all children take part in the cool down, and all are aware of the importance of stretching.
Ensure hydration - extra at this point - you have been talking about it during the session also - but very important to hydrate and eat good foods after the session.
