Set Up
- 5 cones; box with cone in the middle; 4 players; 1 ball
Action
- Ball will start in a corner; P1 will pass to P2 on outside of box
- As the ball is traveling, P3 will move to center cone to provide option to P2; P2 will perform give and go with P3 and pass to P4
- As the ball is traveling to P4, P1 will move to open cone left by P3; P3 will move from center cone to outside cone left by P1.
- Perform same movements at opposite corner

Set Up
- 11 players; 25x30 grid; 4 defenders inside grid; 4 players outside try to keep posession using 3 neutrals (2 outside, 1 inside)
- Players must try and maintain possession; 10 passes = 1 point - Can progress to: if defenders win the ball they move outside and become team in possession (must be quick transition)

Setup: 2 halves, about 15x15 each or 25x25.
Concept: 6v6 or 7v7 game. ALL attackers must be in the attacking half in order for goal to count. Extra point awarded for each defender NOT in their defensive half at time of goal.
Coaching Points: Players must anticipate the penetrating buildup and get forward to support. Quick transition is the focus.
