6v4 - Use Gk(s)
- Ball always starts in GKs hands
- Explain/show both solutions, work on one to invite the press
- If attacking team can get through the poles in control, 1 goal
- Defending team can score in big goal, 2 goals
- Rotate players after 6 reps/rounds
- Players always restart in their shape (shape is trigger)
Coaching points:
- Principle: Find the spare man
- Principle: Draw pressure to break a line
- Principle: Play forward to a teammate when possible
- #4 has the choice, dribble out, or play pass
- GK can start with the #4 or 2/3
Players resting:
- How many times do midfielders look behind them before receiving the ball?
- Do you recognize a shape from a previous game during training?
- How many times does the attacking team take a first touch backwards?
- Where is the numbers up? Where is the spare man?

- If team can build up through the central channel, goal is worth 2 goals.
- If team needs to move the ball into either wide channel, goal is worth 2
- Ball always starts with team of 11s GK
- 11: Ben, Charlie, Joey, Carsten, Luka, Austin, Gab, Devin, Brogan, Kevin, Thomas
- 8: Ollie, Aaron, Ramzy, Brody, JR, Kyle, Jacen (maybe invite a navy GK)
Coaching points:
- Spread out: Pull the defenders apart
- Play forward when possible: First touch forward, body shape, libre dribbles out if no pressure
- Play inside before playing wide if possible (either double 6, or half space to the 10)
- Draw pressure to break a line:
