Quick Feet/Shuffle around pole/Firm Pass
! or 2 players. For 2 players, they start on opposite sides.
Continuous from side to side.
1st set of rings (White) are closer to pole - fast feet then bump out around pole for firm pass into small goal.
Progression:
2nd set of rings (Red, with Blue line to show movement) are farther away from pole - more advanced move. Staring on outside, scan, receive bounce pass, quick feet, scan, receive touch across pole and pass into goal. Quick feet, bump outside, scan, bounce pass, quick feet, scan, receive pass and touch across pole and pass into small goal. Quick feet, bump outside, repeat.

4 mannequins with differnt colored vest or cones, rebounder, and flag/pole.
1st ball - Coach calls out color, player reacts to color, scans and receives pass, taking shot with 2nd touch.
2nd ball - Coach calls out color, player reacts to color, scans and receives bounce pass into rebounder and then finishes pass back first time.
3rd ball - Player scans and receives pass in, finishing shot with 2nd touch.
4th ball - Player angles run around outside flag/pole and keeps eyes on ball as running in across goal for well timed finish.

Exercise #1 - Pass/Volley/Reaction/Footwork
Use 4 different colored cones - call out color and player shuffles around, then receives and passes back. Two touch, one touch, both feet, inside, laces half volley, volley. Can use 2 balls, pass to player with feet and then pitch to with hands for player to volley back. Progression to receiveing, passing, and shuffling around cone called out by partner (if 2 players).
Exercise #2 - Sharp movement/Scanning/Awareness/Bounce Pass/Quick Feet
Can be continuous for 1 player or if 2 players or more then set up as SAQ coming into and then sprint away from opposite side.
