Objective:
Quick paced shoot on site in 3 (+gk) v 1.
3 passes needed to create opportunity to shoot.
Game is continuous, with multiple balls at the GK's ready
If 1 attacker (red in left side of pitch illistration) intercepts/tackle ball from 3 defenders (blue in left side of pitch illistration), attempt to score.
If blues score, they keep possession starting with their GK again.
If reds block or GK saves, game continues with same ball.
if ball goes out of play, red GK starts game again.
Start with 2 minute games rotating teams and the '1' defender in each team
