-GK spins in for a strike from the floor
-After catching GK sets between gates again and spins for a low dive from the second server
Progression- Second save is a mid height dive
Coaching Points:
-Spin must be match speed, head moves roud quick, hands neutral and ready
-Focus on first ball don't rush save, pose on the ball
-Movement back into gate nice and sharp but really exaggerate set between gates
-Movement across goal- May need crossover step for second save
-Diving technique- Heah and hands forward, knee drive diagonal and one hand behind one hand on top to secure the ball

-GK spins and catches a volley from server 1 on the angle
-GK then moves back to cut back position and on server 2's shout spins and saves a half volley
Coaching Points:
-Spin has to be match speed, head moves fast, hands still and neutral
-Movement back to cut back quick, exaggerate set position
-Get set as soon as second server pulls foot back
-Don't be too deep or too high for second save
-Shotstopping/Handling technique

-GK then moves out to a cutback position
-Serve 2 then passes a ball to server 1 who runs on to finish it
Coaching Points:
-Quickest wat to move back to goal- Twist those hips
-Get set as soon as trigger is pulled, don't rush save
-Movement out to cutback position, nice and sharp
-Exaggerate set position on post
-Match spped spin off the post
-Decision to defend goal or come out to smother
-Handling/Shotstopping technique
-Reaction to loose/second balls
