Description - Balls start at the side with a player/coach. They serve the ball into either goalkeeper. 1 striker drops out to allow a 3 v 1 in the defensive third. Attackers in the opposite area look to receive the ball. The free area is only available to the strikers.

Objectives - Defenders must make the area big to allow them to get the balls into the striker.

Strikers work on a 3 second rule, if they dont receive the ball within the 3secs in the free area the ball gets transfered to the other team.

Work with strikers on getting on the half turn in the free area and being positive in possession resulting in shots or combination play with fellow striker.

Progression - Allow the a defender to come into the free area. Strikers must know be aware of space, can they turn or hold up the ball or link up with fellow striker to make a 2 v 1 in the free area.

Allow a defender to join in the attack once the ball as been played into a striker in the free area
