Two teams of 3 players and a supply of balls on each pitch .The players in each team are given a number from 1 to 3 and to start the practice the coach calls out a number and the player with that number each end enters the playing area. D1 shows how to score once you receive the ball
D2 shows how to score if you win possession on a transition
Rules
Start off playing 1v1.
A player in the red team passes the ball to a player in blue at the opposite end of the pitch and then applies pressure on the ball. When the player in blue receives the ball they attempt to score in the goal at the opposite end (red teams goal). They have to be inside the shooting zone before they can attempt to score a goal. (See pitch D1)
If the player in red wins the ball back off the player in blue they then attempt to score in the team in blues goal (see pitch D2). Play for a set period of time i.e. 20 seconds or whoever scores first.
Progressions
Next step is to play 2v2 and then 3v3. After this vary the number of players that come in each time i.e. 1v1 then 3v3 etc.

Rules
Before the ball is kicked in to start the practice each team decides how many players will start the practice (but they don't tell the opposition). The game starts as before and as soon as the ball is kicked to the opposite end the number of players that were agreed at the start of the practice enters the pitch and play for a set period of time or who scores first
If you score in a 1v1 =1 goal, 2v2=2 goals, 3v3= 3 goals, underload 1v2 or 2v3 =5 goals overload 2v1 or 3v2 = 1 goal. Restart the game after each goal is scored. The team that scores the goal (keeps possession) receives the ball from the team at the opposite. end. The first team to get 21 points (exactly) wins the game.
Play for a set period of time i.e. 20 seconds or whoever scores first.
