Instructions:
Blue begins by playing A-B-C . C takes one touch out of his feet and then shoots on goal.
Red goes from A- B- C. C receives and dribbles across field before taking a shot.
Teams have to switch sides to work on both feet.
Coaching Points
1. Choice of shot.
2. Second knuckle to strike ball and toes towards the groung
3. Standing foot placement and Bended knee.
4. Follow through - land on standing foot.
5. Rotate the hip to generate more power to the ball.
6. Arms extended to find an excellent balance.
Progressions to Opposed .
Defender c is live after player b's 1st touch.
Defender is live the whole time (See opposed screen)
- Rotation : a to b, b to c and c to a.

Instructions:
1. Players have number from 1 to 6.
2. Starts with defender 1 to ..6, make sure all players rotate to defend.
3. At b's 1st touch c makes a pressure from the side.
4. If c wins the ball he could score in the small goals. b can score to win 3 points from distance out of the 11 yards or 1pt inside the 11 yards.
5. Alternate the GK ( Blue for Navy , Green for White)
Coaching Points:
1. Same as previous.
2. When to shoot and when beat his defender and shoot.
3. How to use the defender momentum to fake - make a move if necessary to shoot.
4. Shoot from distance with power and in speeed vs .commit the defender to make a move.

Instructions:
2v2 game. When ball crosses the endline the defending team drop out and a new team bring
a new ball on from behind that goal.
Coaching Points:
- Anticipation and awareness of space and quick attack.
- Recognising numbers up ( 2v1) and exploiting it.
- Committing the defender and either passing late to support or beating them yourself.

Play from A- B- C .C has one touch to control and one touch to strike ball towards teamates.
Not trying to score, just focusing on the technique and accuracy of the shot.
Have a competition to see how many times you can shoot and get it through your partners legs.
Coaching Points
1.Angle of approach

4.Second knuckle contacts ball. Toe down .
5.Strike the centre of the back of the ball. Eyes on the part of the ball you want to strike.
