Organization:
1. Players are in pairs with one ball around a triangle of cones.
2. 20 x 20 grid
3. 3 cones for each triangle (as shown above)
Instructions:
1. Players pass back and forth through the triangle.
2. Player receiving can not play through the same side of triangle, this makes players to continuously move around the triangle.
3. Players can take 2 or 3 touches to move the ball to pass back through a different gate.
4. Continues movement around triangle.
Coaching Points:
1. Body positioning when your receiving a pass
2. Focus on where your moving to next
3. 1st touch on the ball to set up next pass through gate.
4. Body shape when receiving the ball from teammate.

Organization:
1. 25 x 25 yard grid.
2. Players are in pairs 1 Ball.
Instructions:
1. Players must successfully pass the ball through the cone gates to their teammate to earn a point.
2. Players try to accumulate as many points as possible in the time allotted.
3. Players pass only with their left foot or right foot.
4. Play for (X) amount of time or (X) points.
Coaching Points:
1. Body Shape
2. Weight of the Pass
3. Ball control
4. Movement on the ball

Organization:
1. Grid 40 x 30 yards
2. With 4 tall target cones at each end or put balls on top of cones to knock off.
3. Separate players into 2 teams
4. Coach has extra balls
Instruction:
1. 4 vs. 4 (Teams score by knocking down a cone behind opponents end line)
2. If Ball leaves area coach quickly passes another ball in.
3. You can play until all cones have been knocked over or set a time limit.
Coaching Points:
1. Movement off the ball
2. Communication
3. Ball control
4. Weight of the pass
Progression:
1. When a cone has been knocked over the player that did that must retrieve it, and then must run around field and put it behind their teams end line. This helps the team who is now attacking a 4 vs. 3 counter.

Organization:
1. Small Sided 4 vs. 4 or 3 vs. 3 to begin session.
2. 2 grids 20 x 15.
3. Separate players into 2 teams or 4 team depending on numbers.
4. 4 Mini goals or use cones where they must dribble thru.
Instructions:
1. Players will play 1v1 or 2v1 or 2v2 for warm up.
2. Add players to grid once they arrive for practice.
3. Play for 10 - 15 minutes until all players arrive to start session.
