Blue:
Get a player on the ball in the end zone
Red (focus team):
core by dribbling over end line or passing through one of the gates

What: Today is all about quick forward passing and moving when we win the ball deep to receive beyond defenders or in space.
Who: Front 4 breaking forward, CM and FB supporting the pass, CB behind - all looking for forward passing options.
When: As soon as we win possession and have the opportunity to go forward
Where: Def/Mid 3rd to play quickly into the attacking 3rd
Why: To get players in goal scoring positions before the opposition can recover.
Set Up
Create 2 rectangles 20x30 metres in size and cross them over each other.
14 players - 7 red/7 blue
How to Play
Always start with a switch at the base line before combining with middle player and playing out the other side.
Both teams are playing at the same time.
