GK’s defending the space and moving across the goal, dropping off and going down the line,
Wide player then taking a bigger touch to make it a 1V1 so the GK has to make a decision on either coming out to block or dropping off to make the save.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
GK to take a starting position on we’re the ball is on the pitch. The 3 players pass the bal around on the halfway line before the deepest player slides a pass through the cones or down the outside of the cones for a 1V1 situation, putting a 3 touch maximum on the strikers.
GK has to hold his line according to the ball, if he’s to high he’s in risk of being lobbed, he must asses the player on the ball and the strikes first touch.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Can the GK be in a position to where he could threaten the strikes touch, if not drop off and defend the goal.
Strike must finish with maximum 3 touches Or put a time limit on the finish.
For the GK to make a decision on the through ball or drop off to make the save.

Gk’s moving from central position where they receive a volley into the angle for a strike from 12/15 yards.
Players who are striking from the angles have to move the ball so are limited to 2 touch.
If the GK’s are not getting from central to the angle in time take away the central volley or move the angle players deeper.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Can the GK’s effect the player if his touch takes him to far,
GK’s must not gamble on where they think the strikers are going to try and score.
Strikes have 3 seconds to try and score.
