Escape - Warm Up

All players start on a blue cone, The coach in the middle has a dodgeball

The coach throws the ball in the air and then calls out a name from the circle, that player must run into the middle and grab the dodgeball. the player with the dodgeball must throw and hit a player before they run out of the red circle 

Once the player in the middle has thrown the ball, they stand in the middle of the blue circle. the rest of the group stands by a blue cone and repeat the process

There will be a blue team and orange team, each player in your team has 1 go at throwing the dodgeball 

The red cones and footballs in the middle of the circle is the treasure 

The coach throws the ball in the air and calls a blue players name, at the same time all the orange players must either run straight out the red circle or pick up some treasure and then run out the circle 

If the blue player hits you with a dodgeball while you have treasure, you put the treasure back in the middle 

The orange team have 4 rounds to see how much treasure they can collect, after the 4 rounds, teams will switch roles 

Progressions

1 - If you get hit with no treasure you are froze out that round, in the next round your teammate must high five you to free you. If you get hit with treasure, you are froze out the round. the other team can collect the treasure and take it back to the blue circle

2 - When 1 players gets hit, every player that has treasure needs to put it back in the blue circle
