Play 1: #A long/lofted pass over defense (try to clear into small goals).
Play 2: #A pass to ATT and play 2v2 (ATT dribble/receive in endzone, DEF score in mini goals).
Rotation: clockwise over the colour (GREEN/RED), Switch ATT/DEF after 7 minutes

Play 3v3 in a 30x20 grid, with each team defending big goals. When the ball goes out, a goal is scored, or time goes to long – new players for each team enter the field. Have the players initiate the game with a pass across to the other team or the coach serves a ball in.

1v1 with the idea of slowing the player down and forcing the play a specific direction.
defenders will be asked to win the ball after the shaded line
1.) first phase we are looking to show the player out and away from the center to stop the play going to the mannequin
2.) In the second phase we will be looking to show the player where in theory there will be a second player in support congesting the area .
