Players need to keep the ball away from the defenders. The players on the inside can use the players on the outside to create a one, two.

Game will last 2 minutes and then swap people over.

Coaching points

Use the space you've got wisely.

How do you recieve the ball i.e body shape for a quick one, two pass.

Can you disguise the pass?

How do you know if someone is ready to recieve the ball? eye contact, They call for it or even you have planned something before?

Coaching Points

Use the second player to create a one two.

Use the "Passing lanes"

Description

A small sided game to be played in a tight area. Offsides active. 1 Goal for a solo goal, 2 goals for a one two goal and three goals if all the team touch the ball (meaningful passes not 1 yard pass under no pressure)

Coaching points

Think about what we have been working on

Defenders can you "play offside" cut out the passing lanes etc

Attackers can you play a one two, think of your bodyshape, touch, pass and always scanning.

Think about your next move (Pass,Skill,Dribble,Shoot) before you recieve the ball
