2 teams of 3 plus 2 neutrals (organized into 2 teams of 4, then rotate neutrals after each interval)
Activity:
Team in possession scores by completing 10 passes.
Coaching Points:
~ Once ball is won, play the way you face
~ Maximize space by getting wide as soon as possession is won
~ 1-2 touch, move the ball to move the defense

3/4 field with small goals as shown
Lay down cones for wide channels as shown.
White team in 4-3-1
Blue team in 1-3-3-1
Activity:
Ball starting positions: kick off, midfield throw-ins, free kick in midfield
Blue team usually starts with ball and tries to score in wide goals by DRIBBLING through.
White team scores in big goal, but must touch all three zones before they can score.
Progression:
- No requirement to switch play through all 3 zones before scoring.
- Scoring system that rewards a point for each zone played into (allow blue team to score by passing through gate)
