Organization
In this Rondo/Shot activity. Set up as many as grids needed 15 yds x 15 yds. Set up a pugg or two/poles/gate per grid about 5 yds away from the grid.
4 v 2 Rondo. Defenders will attempt to steal the ball and immediately look to shoot and finish on the mini goal. If defender cannot gain possession after 60 seconds switch them out. If defenders score, possessing team does 5 burpees, hills, etc.

Organization
In this finishing activity we split up into 3 teams with a GK. Place 5 cones with a few extra balls by each player on the red team as they will distribute and be a rebounder/bounce for the white attacking team. Green team will be defending.
Each team will have 3 minutes and than rotate.
Attacking white team will have 3 min to score as many goals as possible. Green team will defend and red team will pass in a ball when the coach calls a number 1-5 after every shot is made or goes out of bounce. number each cone and let the player know what number they are. The ball can be played in from any number called.
Rotation will go as followed. Attacking team goes to distributing the ball, defending team goes to attacking and defending team goes to attacking.

Organization
In this transitional finishing activity. Attacking team (red) will try to score, while 3 players from the defending team (white) try to eliminate shots, win possession of the ball and try to transfer it into their side to score. If the defending 3 are successful in transferring it into their box, the opposition will send 3 players to try to eliminate and block shots in the opponent's attacking half. After a goal the defending team will get a ball and start their attack. If the keeper controls the ball and secures it, their team will start their attack. The keeper will just roll the ball to the pile of soccer balls on the end line.
Constant transition from A to D, D to A.
40 yds x 30 yds, 40 yds x 50 yds. Adjust the grid

Constraints: Only 3 players from the defending team can press and try to win the ball and transfer it
