Organisation
4v3 In middle area
Blue team Start with ball in Keepers hands.
Explanation
To gain a greater overload if you pass to your outside Teammate they can join into the middle area.
Blue Starts with an Overload but can increase this by Utilising Outside players
Always start with Blue GK.
How
Coach will work with One Team in this case Blue Team on how to create and exploit an overload situation
If the opposition win the ball back they can either utilise outside players to create their own overload or try to score quickly for double points within a certain time frame..
Red Team To Defend Narrow and force play to wide area
