Hockey Session (Under 10s): Continuous 3 v 2

Screen 1

• 2 defenders at one end
• 3 attackers at the other end
• Ball played to one of the attackers by team mate to start the 3 v 2
• If the attackers score or defenders win the ball back, attackers leave the pitch, defenders are joined by a team mate to become the attackers and 2 defenders enter the pitch at the other end.
• If ball goes dead, ball is fed in by team mate.
• Not hitting
• 2 pts for a goal
• 1 pt for a shot on target
• Play in 3 minute sets and keep score for the set.

Progressions

• Defenders only have to touch the ball to end the attack.
• 3 pts for a deflected goal
