Mchezo wa Kukusudia

  • Wapange wachezaji kwa makundi ya watu 4 au 3

  • Kila kundi liwe pamoja kwenye mstari wa mwisho mwa uwanja Mtu mmoja mmoja kwa kila kundi aje kutoka kikundini na achukue chombo kimoja halafu arejee kikundini nacho.

  •  Cheza hadi wakati vyombo vyote vitakapoisha au wakati wanakundi wote wataacha kuchukua vyombo.


Maswali ya kukusudia wakati wa mchezo – uliza maswali na utegee majibu.

  • Ikiwa vyombo au viduta vya pia vitawakilisha chakula, unatumia chakula kwa lengo gani?

  • Kuna hali ambapo huwa unawacha chakula kwenye sahani baada ya kula?


Mchezo wa kukusudia – Tumia ubunifu wako au pia mapendekezo tulioyatoa ili kuwe na njia mpya ya kuucheza

  • Cheza tena lakini sasa kwa kulia au kushoto kwa uwanja panga viduta vya pia vyenye rangi tofauti tofauti vikiwa umbali wa mita 20, mita 30 na mita 40.

  • Kabla ya kila kipindi cha mchezo, kocha atataja mojawapo ya rangi za viduta vya pia kama lengo la kipindi hicho Kipindi kimegawanywa kwa awamu mbili;

  • Ya kwanza: Baada ya kutaja hatua zilizopangwa uwanjani kila kundi lina hadi dakika 3 kukusanya chakula kutoka maeneo kwa kadri wanavyoweza.

  • Ya pili: kocha anapotaja “kula” mchezaji mmoja mmoja kwa kila kundi anasonga hatua 3 mbele na anaweka chombo ardhini na anarudi kwao kumpisha mchezaji anayefuata

  • Katika mbio hizi mchezaji wa pili analeta chombo halafu ana kiweka hatua 3 mbali na mchezaji aliyetangulia.

  • Endelea na mtindo huu mpaka wakati mchezaji wa kundi Fulani atangulie kufika eneo lililotengwa.

  • MUHIMU: Kocha anaweza kulegeza/ kupunguza/ kuongeza idadi ya hatua au umbali wa viduta vya pia, na pia idadi ya viduta vya pia kulingana na uwezo wa kupata vifaa vya timu au wakufunzi.

  • Sasa utafanya nini ili uwahimize watu wapunguze kutupa chakula? Utafanya nini maishani?
