7v5 + GK.
Ball starts with the Red CB.
First grid is 4v2, to move into the next grid a player must dribble the ball over the separating line to create a 3v2 in the second box. Same occurs in the second with one of the red players needing to dribble into the final box to create a 2v1.
Defenders and non-ball carrying attackers must stay in their zones. Game resets if ball goes out or a goal is scored. If blue wins the ball, zones are now inactive and play is unrestricted until ball goes out or goal scored.
Coaching points:
- Fast ball movement to create space
- Drawing in a defender to draw them out of position before playing the ball on.
- Scanning to be aware of our teammates positioning

6v6+GK
Ball starts with Red CDM. First ball out is non-contested. No restrictions half pitch game, if blue win the ball they attack the small goal at halfway.
Coaching Points:
ST: When ball is wide, can we move towards the ball carrier looking to recieve with back to goal. On the next pass, lets look to play a 1-2 in the ball carrying winger in behind, or switch out to opposite. 2-3 touch.
LW/RW: 1. When carrying the ball out wide, can we drive at the opposition fullback looking to bring them out of the line. Once we have drawn them out, look to hit the striker to feet and run in behind fullback.
2. When opposite side to play, look to invert your run into the cb/fb channel so you can receive a second pass from st/cm on the switch.
CM: 1. When ball side, stay within short passing distance to the LW/ST as a pass back option. If you receive the ball back from them, look to switch out to the opposite side quickly.
2. When opposite side to play, look to make a third man run into the space left vacated by the ST dropping in.
CDM: 1. Maintain a central position looking to stay inbetween the opposition midfield and defensive lines ready to receieve and switch the ball out if need - and also ready to defend any counter attacks.
