Set Up
Directions
Player A passes to the Server Who takes a touch and waits for Player A
Player A after passing completes dynamic movements through the cones, when they reach the last cone the Server plays the ball into space in which they run on to and strike a ball on goal.
Player A retrives the ball and returns to Line
The server switches after a set time (depending upon the group)
Coaching Points
Shooting-Driven
1) Angle of approach – off center
2) Head up to observe the position of the goalkeeper
3) Head down at the point of contact
4) Non-kicking foot placed to side, slightly behind the ball
5) Ankle locked, toe down
6) Contact ball – will vary depending on target area
7) Contact foot – laces (instep)
8) Body weight forward, chest and knee over the ball at contact
9) Follow through landing on striking foot
Shooting-Inside Curl-Low
1) Head up to observe target
2) Open hips to allow contact point and follow through outisde the ball
3) Angle of approach
4) Contact point on foot; Heel down, Toe up
5) Wrap foot around outside of ball and slightly over the top to keep ball low to the ground.
6) Appropriate contact point / follow through based on angle and distance (follow through away / over top of ball

Set Up
• 5 cones set up as shown
• players divided into two teams
• balls with the two lines at the bottom of the field
Directions
-Blue team player A takes a touch to start the activity
-Player B checks to the opposite side to recieve the ball on the back foot
-Player B then takes a touch into space and players Player C in behind
-Player C runs onto ball and takes a shot (preferrebly with one touch)
Player A goes to player B, player B goes to player C, player C goes back to line
-After blue team goes the white team will go, the same pattern as the blue team.
-The next time the blue team will go the opposite way

Part 1 (15 mins)
Set Up
• 6 cones of two colors
• Pinnies to differentiate teams
Directions
-Player A passes to the server, Player A perfroms SAQ through the cones, the server bumps the ball back to Player A who passes back to the server again
-The Server then sets the ball for player A who takes a shot.
-Player A retreives their ball and returns to line, and the process repeats with the next player in line
-After 45 seconds to a minute the server is switched.
