ATK

2 - attacks ball and completes an attacking header towards goal
3 - is the defender, passive to begin.
Players swap around 1-2 2-3 etc after each go.
DEF

can have multipule groups running at once. after 5-10min can swap groups around.
P- deffenders/attackers can challenger for the ball
R- make the defenders/attackers more passive.

OB can go into grids A/B to become inverted, can go all the way up the line
9 can drop into C/D to overload the zone
the 3 midfields cannot occupy the same square
Wingers can move up and down the line and/or inside grid C/D

Team of 4 attacks, using the width to be able to attack. once the shot happens the attacker go off to the side and around and the defenders attack with new white players coming on.
