4 reds inside the area are locked inside zone. Reds are trying to get the ball North and South from one target player to the other to get a point . 4 blues can move freely inside area to win the ball. 3 passes gives blues a goal.
Switch out 3 blues after 1:30 seconds .
Outside target players are on 1 touch.
Adaptations:
Add another blue inside and 4 more reds. To create a 2 v1 in each square. Limit red team to 3 or less touches.
