Instructions: Teams to go one at a time to shoot at the goal infront of them. If they score they get a point for their team.
Coaching Points:
•Head down at the point of contact
•Non-kicking foot placed to side, slightly behind the ball
•Ankle locked, toe down
•Contact foot – laces (instep)
•Follow through landing on striking foot
•Positive attitude towards shooting
Progressions:
- Keep point scores for your team
- Score with wrong foot gains more points.

Instructions:Ball to be passed in combinations to the final player who shoots on anyone of the 3 goals.
Coaching Points: - For passes and movement.
- Driven shot - as before, also look for the goalkeepers positioning.
Progressions:
- Weak foot for more points.
- Add recovering defender.
